Electric Cars for Montclair?
The Borough of Belmar is at the forefront of efforts in New Jersey to promote the use of Low Speed Vehicles ("LSVs"), also known as Neighborhood Electric Vehicles ("NEVs"). The Mayor, Ken Pringle (pictured above) as well as members of the police force (!) use them around town.
